We're able to focus on the client's needs down to the smallest detail. Every contracted customer is accompanied on "pool tours" of completed projects in order to distill their expectations. When a bid is presented, the client is brought into a showroom filled with samples and materials to select. Video presentations of the building processes and construction techniques are available as well. The best tool used is a 3-D AutoCAD program that creates an immersive video version of the project.
When we're finished with a 3-D design, the client can walk through their own backyard and view the completed project in day or night. Nuances like furniture, landscaping, and lighting are all added in precise detail. The small details give these designs the depth and scale that are imperative in order to grasp the concept. Creating accurate visualization is everything.

Sandy Ewing joined Aquatech in 1976 and is proud to have served on the board of directors for 29 years, shepherding the business to more than $1 billion in sales in 2007. Aquatech is best defined as an elite national pool builder's society that primarily serves as a buying group. This enables us to obtain equipment and materials direct from the manufacturer, eliminating a reliance on distributors. Educational seminars are held, as well as yearly conventions where members can share best practices with colleagues from all over the country.
The business model has been so successful that recently Aquatech actually became self-insured by creating their own insurance company. This concept is unmatched throughout the industry.
In a market controlled by sub-contractors, we are grateful to have 25 employees and the full range of heavy equipment required to construct our jobs almost entirely in-house. Our warehouse on Industriplex Boulevard is stocked with all the building materials needed to maintain a voracious construction schedule. The ability to control our jobs and not allow subs to control us has been one of the keys to our success.
